I have chosen to pursue the Grand Challenge of advancing personalized learning. I confidently believe advancing personalized learning will exponentially decrease the time to solve other complicated problems, such as the remaining Grand Challenges, but also have the most impact on changing the world for a better future.

 

Many successful people are experts in one subject. If we allow students to follow their passion and learn what they like best, I believe it will create a population of experts. Experts are excellent at working in teams, because they know people need them as much as they need others.
